You must complete and submit the form below in order to have access to the Private Video area. You will be notified once your membership has been approved. Your user id will be valid for 35 days from the time of registration. After 35 days you will have to re-register.

    • To become a Register User you must be a current paying member at NTMMA. You may never use another person's account without permission. Your username and password will permit you to access certain secure areas of the Site only available to Members.
    • If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. NTMMA and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
    • Your membership will be active for 35 days from the date this form is submitted. You will have to re-register at the end of theses 35 days.
    • You may not transfer, copy, download or display the Video Content. You may not use the Service or Digital Content for any commercial or illegal purpose.
    • You are solely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and corresponding Account information. You agree not to disclose your password to anyone. You agree that you are entirely and solely responsible for any and all activities or actions that occur under your Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You agree to notify NTMMA immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security or at most within (24) twenty-four hours of such use being known to you. In the event that your user name or password is lost or stolen, please notify NTMMA immediately so that a new user name or password can be created.
    • If you become a Member and create an Account, you consent to the use of electronic means to complete these Terms of Use and to provide you with any notices given pursuant to these Terms of Use.
