Our Class Structure

A typical class at NTMMA is broken into 3 parts:

First the students perform a series of drills designed to both warm up the body for the upcoming workout and to prepare the body for the various movements that the class will entail.

In the second part of the class students are taught a set of specific techniques by the instructor.

The final component of each class is light rolling or sparring. Here the students practice their techniques against each other in a free flowing manner.
