Women’s Kickboxing, Boxing and Fitness

Kickboxing can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour and is a top exercise for women to tone their body, gain better balance and increase confidence.
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing classes strengthen women physically and psychologically and give them confidence to stand for themselves as well as maintain a peace of mind.
Women will learn self-defense techniques to prepare for multiple situations. Police statistics indicate that over 90% of all self-defense situations typically end up on the ground.
Our classes focus on developing real world skills in a realistic environment. Sparring is not mandatory
Class times are:
Mon – Fri at 12:00.
Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm.
Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 am.
New – Women’s Self-Defense class – Saturdays at 2:00 pm.
